Window cleaning prices: transparent costs in Lucerne & Central Switzerland

We quote by square metre of glass — not by a vague “per window”. The rate covers both sides, frames and rebates. No hidden extras for standard access in the Lucerne core area. You receive a fixed price before we start.

How to measure your window area?

Measure width × height of each pane (or the visible glass opening) in metres. Add the areas together. We always round generously in your favour — you do not need millimetre precision.

Frames, rebates and sills are included automatically. You do not add extra square metres for the frame.

Count each pane once: a pane measuring 1 m × 1.5 m is 1.5 m² of glass. Do not double this for inside and outside cleaning; both sides are included in the residential rate.

What is included in the price?

  • Glass inside and outside, plus frames, rebates and sills as standard.
  • Travel in the core area: Lucerne, Kriens, Emmen, Horw, Ebikon, Malters, Sursee and Lake Sempach.
  • A binding fixed price for the agreed scope before the visit.
  • Blinds, nano coating and conservatories are quoted separately — not hidden as a surcharge.

What affects your individual quote?

Alongside glass area, tell us about heavy soiling, the floor level and any panes that cannot be opened or reached easily. Mention additional services such as blinds separately so the fixed quote covers the agreed work.
