The short answer
GlasRein.ch cleans offices in Lucerne, Sursee, Kriens and Emmen. The base is Werkstrasse 11, 6102 Malters.
- Basis: CHF 35–45 per hour, or basic maintenance from CHF 1.10 per m² per visit.
- Standard: CHF 40–55 per hour, or from CHF 1.50 per m² per visit for offices up to 150 m².
- Glass: CHF 18 per m², separate. Glass is not inside the hourly rate.
- Fixed price: in writing, after a free site visit.
- Packages: office cleaning in Lucerne.
What the hourly rate covers
Basis is the regular round: vacuuming, floors, bins, and basic washrooms and kitchenettes. Standard adds desks, office equipment, handles and light switches. Premium uses the same hourly band as Standard, plus glass partitions, shopfronts and entrance doors at the glass rate.
Up to about 150 m², the hour is often the clearer bill. Above that, the square metre per visit is the usual model. Up to 500 m² the smaller-office column applies. Above 500 m² and above 1,500 m² the unit price drops.

What an office costs per month
Four visits a month match a once-a-week rhythm. The band depends on layout, washroom share and contract.

An annual contract sits about 15% under the flexible month. Many small rooms cost more than an open floor. If washrooms and kitchens exceed about 20% of the area, add about CHF 0.50 per m² per visit. Travel, weekends, soap and paper are written on the quote.
Why the rate does not start at CHF 30
From 2026 the city of Lucerne sets a gross minimum of CHF 22.75 per hour, before holiday pay. A business rate near CHF 30 per hour in the city centre does not cover that floor. The GlasRein.ch guide is CHF 35–55 per hour, depending on qualification. A team lead is CHF 45–60 per hour.
Glass stays its own module
