How We Calculate Window Cleaning Costs

We calculate our services fairly and simply based on the actual glass surface area in square meters (m²). There are no hidden fees.

According to our current 2026 price list, our standard rates are:

• Private Households (Apartments/Houses): CHF 18.– per m²
• Shop Windows & Commercial: from CHF 20.– per m²
• Interior Glass (Doors, Mirrors): CHF 15.– per m²
• Venetian Blinds / Lamellas: CHF 22.– per m²

Important: Our standard of service is already included in this price! We don't just clean the glass; we also wipe the frames and folds wet and clean the window sills (inside and out). Professional equipment and travel costs within the Lucerne area are often included as well.

A Real-Life Example

To give you a better idea of the costs, here is a real quote we provided for a single-family home in Rothenburg:

• Glass surfaces (inside & out, incl. frames): 49 m² at a custom volume rate of CHF 16.–/m² = CHF 784.–
• Window shutters / Blinds: 46 m² at a discounted rate of CHF 20.–/m² = CHF 920.–
• Note: For larger projects or special seasonal campaigns, we provide attractive discounts, in this case, a 12% deduction.
