Pricing is primarily based on the cleaned glass surface in square metres ($m^2$).
2. Accessibility
Standard windows vs. hard-to-reach areas requiring telescopic poles or lifts.
3. Condition
Regular maintenance is more affordable than a heavy post-construction cleaning.

Do I have to pay VAT on top of the price?
No. GlasRein.ch is currently exempt from VAT (small business regulation). The price on your quote is the final price you pay. No 8.1% surcharge.
Is travel included in the price?
For all assignments within the City of Lucerne and agglomeration (Kriens, Emmen, Horw, Ebikon, Malters), travel is included. For locations further away in Canton Lucerne, we charge a small flat rate.
How do I pay?
We work on a foundation of trust. You will receive an invoice by email (QR-bill) after the work is completed and you are satisfied. Payment is due within 10 days via e-banking.
Why calculate by $m^2$ and not by the hour?
Fixed prices per $m^2$ protect you. You know exactly what it costs beforehand, regardless of how long we need. You pay for the result (clean windows), not for the time spent.
