3. Prices and Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). For private customers, prices include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is generally made by invoice after completion of the work.
- The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
- In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees as well as default interest at a rate of 5% p.a. (in accordance with Art. 104 CO).
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5. Liability
GlasRein.ch is liable for damages proven to be caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct of our employees. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
